Assessment data is not sold or shared with third parties.

Bright Road Learning Portal
The Bright Road Learning Portal may process information necessary to provide tutoring services and manage accounts. This may include parent or guardian account information; tutor account and profile information; student names, grades, subjects, learning information, profile icons, and homework uploads; tutor-student assignments; session requests, scheduled session details, class links, availability, and rescheduling information; messages sent through the portal; progress notes; educational resources; package, credit, purchase, subscription, invoice, funding-source, and payment-status information; Step Up for Students identification or approval information; support requests; notifications; authentication, device, and security information; and uploaded profile pictures or documents when those features are used.
Bright Road uses Supabase to support portal authentication, database, file-storage, messaging, and security-related portal functions. Stripe may process payment-card information for paid checkout. Bright Road does not store full payment-card numbers in the Learning Portal, but may receive limited transaction, subscription, customer, checkout-session, or payment-status information from Stripe. Session links may connect users to third-party meeting or tutoring platforms selected for a class.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information submitted through our website. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Children’s Information
Bright Road Early Education provides services for children; however, our website is intended for parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental involvement.
Bright Road provides K–6 educational services. Parent or guardian involvement is required when creating or authorizing accounts for children. Student portal access, when available, is created, approved, or managed through a parent, guardian, or authorized Bright Road administrator. Student information is used to provide tutoring, scheduling, educational support, progress reporting, and related portal functions. Parents or guardians may contact Bright Road to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child’s submitted information, subject to legal and legitimate record-retention requirements.

Our website may use third-party services for scheduling, email communication, analytics, or educational platforms. These services may collect limited technical information necessary to provide their services.
